Your account

You need an account to use GymApp.lk. Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for the staff and coaches you invite.

Free trial and billing

• New gyms get a 30-day free trial. No card is needed to start.
• After the trial, plans are billed monthly in Sri Lankan rupees through PayHere, in advance.
• You can change or cancel your plan at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep access until the paid month ends.
• If a payment fails, we will remind you by email and SMS before limiting your account.

Your data

Your gym’s data belongs to you. You can export it at any time. We keep it only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements.

Fair use

Don’t use GymApp.lk to send spam, break the law, or try to access another gym’s data. SMS allowances reset each month and unused messages do not carry over.
