Members and packages

Set up your packages the way you already sell them, then let the system keep track of who has what.

Any package you sell: Monthly, quarterly, annual, student, couple, ladies’ hours, day passes, PT bundles. Set the price, duration and the hours each one can use the gym.
One profile per member: Contact details, emergency contact, package history, payments, visits, measurements and notes from coaches.
Renewals that remind themselves: Members get an SMS a few days before their package ends and again on the day. You choose the timing and the wording.
Import in a day: Send your spreadsheet. We bring across names, numbers, packages and expiry dates during your free trial.

The desk sees everything it needs the moment a member walks in.

QR check-in: Members scan their pass from the app or a printed card. Staff can also check someone in by name or phone number.
Instant status: Active, expiring this week, or money owed. The desk knows before the member reaches the counter.
Peak-hour view: See when your floor is busiest and plan staff and classes around it.
Door access ready: Connect a turnstile or door controller so only members with an active package get through.

Online renewals with PayHere: Members pay by card or mobile wallet from a link in their reminder or in the app. Their expiry updates on its own.
