Who we are

GymApp.lk provides software that gyms and coaches in Sri Lanka use to manage memberships, payments, bookings and training. For member information, the gym is responsible for that data and we process it on the gym’s behalf.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, mobile number and a hashed password.
• Gym records: packages, payments, check-ins, bookings, and training and progress data that gyms and coaches enter.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, used to keep accounts secure.

We do not store card numbers. Card payments are processed by PayHere.

How we use it

• To run the service: sign-in, receipts, renewal reminders, booking confirmations and reports.
• To send account email and SMS, such as verification codes and billing notices.
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not show advertising inside the member app.

Who we share it with

Only with services needed to run GymApp.lk: our hosting provider, PayHere for payments, our email provider and Notify.lk for SMS. Each receives only what it needs for its job.

Your choices

Members can ask their gym to correct or delete their information. Gyms can export or delete their data at any time. To ask us anything about privacy, email [email protected].
