### How much does GymApp.lk cost?

Every plan has a flat monthly price, so your bill does not grow each time a member joins. All plans start with a 30-day free trial and no card is needed.

### Can members pay online?
Yes. Members pay renewals by card or mobile wallet through PayHere, Sri Lanka’s licensed payment gateway, and the payment is recorded against their membership automatically. Cash and bank transfers taken at the desk are recorded in the same place, so your books match.

### Do my members need to download an app?
They can, and it is free for them. Members use the app for their QR check-in pass, renewal reminders, bookings and workout plans. Members without smartphones still get SMS reminders and can check in at the desk with their phone number.

### Does it work in Sinhala and Tamil?
SMS reminders and receipts can be sent in Sinhala, Tamil or English, chosen per member. The member app is being translated into Sinhala and Tamil.

### How do I move my members from a spreadsheet or another system?
Send us your spreadsheet or export and we will import your members, packages and expiry dates for free during your trial. Most gyms are running on GymApp.lk within a day.

### Is my gym’s data safe?
Each gym’s data is kept separate and is only visible to staff you invite. Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted, and card details are handled by PayHere, never stored by us. You can export your data at any time.

### Can personal trainers use GymApp.lk without a gym?
Yes. Independent coaches get their own profile, client list, booking calendar and plan builder, and can sell workout and meal plans to clients directly.
